Service Description
A weekly recurring class on Saturdays. To pay what you can, choose the "pay in person" option and choose your own format for payment (PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp). When 50 degrees and not raining, this class is offered live and in person at Black Bob Park in Olathe, KS. Each Saturday class is broadcast online whether it is also offered in person or not. Active yoga, modifications for all poses offered. Some very basic knowledge of yoga ideal but not required. Focused primarily on accessing breath with movement for a warmed stretch and asana practice.
